**1. Membership Dues**

a. **Membership dues are non-refundable:** Membership dues paid to CUIAA Charlotte Alumni Chapter are non-refundable. Once you have submitted your payment for membership, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

**2. Event Registration Fees**

a. **Refund Eligibility:** If you have registered and paid for an event through our website, you may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

b. **Cancellation by CUIAA Charlotte Alumni Chapter:** If an event is canceled by CUIAA Charlotte Alumni Chapter for any reason, including low registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified, and a full refund of the event registration fee will be processed.
